Ratings and reviews

Very bad experience. Takes a long time to load and doesn't display function at times. Waste of time trying to book through the app. Takes ages and never gets to the end.

It is very difficult to use. Saving options disabled. So every time, we need to enter nic, mobile number. Reference number, etc. I can not see the reason for that .

One of the worst apps i have used so far. During weekends cannot login into both app & web. Tried to book an appointment during the last weekend & ended up getting an error which prevented me from login to app & web. Then tried to login few seconds ago & still getting the same error. If you guys are doing any upgrades during weekends kindly make sure to notify the same to users. Also resetting password is another headache..Not user friendly at all. 👎👎
