App itself is ideal but management of the venues needs great improvement. Many deliver without issue but some restaurants take over two hours without any notice or just get everything wrong. Improve on that side and will be ideal app.
Extremely dissatisfying and unhelpful customer service. Misleading promotion lines, inadequate user interface with errors that you will be accountable for when payment time comes. Customer service makes no effort to correct the error.
The app itself seems fine, but the orders are forever wrong, or ignored, or cancelled without telling me. Customer services are pretty terrible some days, but others they're very good. Consistency needed.
After accepting the order and made me wait for one hour, they called to say sorry we can't deliver!!! the listed restaurants does not have photos of the food or no details at all in regards to the ingredients of the sandwich or meal so it is hard to select when there is not enough information.
Every time i order after 12 AM it get canceled and i know about it when i call asking for my order after an hour. What kind of service is that i'ce given you guys many chances and same mistake keeps on repeating!!!
We live in a difficult area for food delivery. Bit not had a problem yet when ordering through this app.
