Ratings and reviews

The app used to be easy to use... They just updated the UI without warning or consent. The new UI is clunky, hard to use, missing options, doesn't save filters, favorites restaurants you ordered from once and so on.. There are also plenty of bugs and the app now lags. From 5 stars to 2 stars because of a dumb design updats no one asked for.

Worst delivery app I've ever used in the whole world! We made around 8 orders so far none of them was delivered correctly! All orders were missing items sometimes even the main item of the order. Support was so not helpful and unprofessional! It's a big scamming delivery company they should be ashamed of themselves for the service they provide. On top of all of this all vouchers they give as a way to resolve the issue, are not working.

I used to be a quite frequent user of the app. Recently, there were many issues with the restaurants and Yemeksepeti doing nothing about it. If you're downloading this app, be aware: You will eat cold food because they don't care about delivery times and fullfiling it. they do not hold the restaurants responsible for delivering what they advertise. Missing items are quite a common thing. I can keep on going but there's just so much that makes me tired. used to be good, now is bad. Just bad.
