Worst delivery app I've ever used in the whole world! We made around 8 orders so far none of them was delivered correctly! All orders were missing items sometimes even the main item of the order. Support was so not helpful and unprofessional! It's a big scamming delivery company they should be ashamed of themselves for the service they provide. On top of all of this all vouchers they give as a way to resolve the issue, are not working.

KKTC version is a garbage app. Can not get any support on orders if mistakes are made, EVEN if you barely manage to get to customer support section. It will disappear and even if you click on the notification it wont take you there. And the customer reps will cancel the support ticket so you get robbed of your money. scam buggy app

Everything is fine, until you are facing with problem. Support team makes absolutely not professional job. They can't help, can't answer on questions, and just close the chat every time without help! Very annoying premium subscription ads.
