I like that the pricing is pretty transparent. The delivery fee is not too high, so I actually save money not buying random things I don't need while walking through the stores. The timing on the delivery is always good, so I am able to use this for work when my restaurant runs out of something unexpectedly. Love that you can always change the delivery location and save several credit cards, since I use it for myself, my work and my church.
2 because they do what they say, and in the timeframe they promise, but the premium you pay... No in store prices, $10 delivery, I got to checkout for 4 items after looking at those same items in jewels next day delivery service... And the total was 39, for 20 worth of food had I ordered from jewel directly. I'm not paying 100% premium for being a little lazy.
The app works fantastically. The service is constantly hit or miss. I have had more issues than successful deliveries. I've repeatedly had my orders given to neighbors when I lived in a neighborhood with clearly marked numbers. I've had them swap bags between customers. This service will genuinely not save you any time, at least in the Austin area.
Ordered from this app, which was easy. After delivery, when i looked at the receipt, I realize that one item was charged twice. The lady that brought my order didn't even bring the extra item. It doesn't bother me that I accidentally ordered an item. I would have paid for it, not a problem. What bothers me is when I try to reach out to the company to let them know, I didn't hear a response back nor did I get my money back for the item that I had accidentally purchased twice. It's been a couple weeks.
App has alot of glitches that cost you money. They add fees that the drivers complain they see none of. Drivers will buy fruit despite it's over ripe just to get the job done. Have had two incidents where close to half the order is missing. I only use it still due to its convenience. I am busy and hours at a market aren't productive.
Great service, super convenient. The app is a little glitchy though. I use this for my small business so the the yearly fee could be lower in my eyes, but they say time is money. It is really nice to not have to go shopping in addition to all my other duties.
