I love this app. I order my groceries, schedule a delivery, and once a shopper gets it, I receive a notification with my shoppers picture and experience/rating. As long as my order is still open, I can add to it. If an item isn't available and I haven't provided a substitute, I get a text letting me know, AND if there is an alternative, I get a separate notification for my approval to change. I've only used this for a bit over a month, but it's so much better than SPARKS.

So far this app works great and I've had no problems ordering, paying, or receiving my items. Great selection of merchants. Can't wait for more to be added. Cons: I don't like added service fees. If I'm already paying an annual fee why am I being charged service fees? On top of the fact that many items offered are already priced higher than if I purchased in-store. Bloated fees leave a bad taste in consumer's mouths. Another Con: My loyalty card cannot be added for some of the stores.

I love this service and every time I have an issue, which is rare, Instacart has always solved my complaint to my complete satisfaction. Edit: downgrading. I add items to my carts to purchase later. My carts have disappeared when I reopen the app. It's extremely irritating. Went through customer service, who said it was fixed. It wasn't. Edit 2: Seems to be fixed now.
