Device was working fine a few months ago and now it wasn't connected to the internet and refuses to connect. I deleted the device to try to add it again. Now it tells me the network name or password is too long for the device (even though it worked fine before) and still won't connect even after shortening those. This is absolutely ridiculous. And of course they respond with something absolutely useless.

The app constantly loses connection to both of my fountains. Sometimes, the name and location settings don't save. Other times, the entire bowl disappears from my list of devices. I've deleted and resinstalled the app 4 times on 2 different phones. There is absolutely zero consistency with this app. The only reason why I went with the Instachew bowls was for notifications and low water alerts... which don't work because the bowls never stay connected.

The app is wonderful and has provided a lot of comfort for me as I am frequently in/out. The reasonable price is what drew me to it. It honestly doubles as a security camera for my partner and I since we can have notifications set up (super easy!). My feedback would be on how the events tab doesn't seem to work on my app but it isn't something I try to use often, plus the app support have said they are looking into the problem for me! They communicate thoroughly about any and all problems.
