Like it had this app since it first came out and no one ever really used it. Liked the camera it had back then and like the old logo better and than this new one. Like the simplicity of it and it's nice to have when you're sick of Facebook and don't really use Snapchat other than the filters. Don't use Twitter either never really got the point. But yes insta is good 👍🤘

Ever since the update I have not been able to get the videos to play. They are constantly loading. I've tried all the tips and suggestions multiple times and still not working! Always have a good connection. Galaxy s6 Update-- finally figured out what was happening! Power saver was set to medium and needs to be turned off for apps to work properly!! Never got feedback from IG help... .Thanks

You still can't choose the frame you want you're not forced to use a square but they still force you to accept their canned frame formats the only way out of this is still editing your photo in an external editor then making adding the frames filter. Instagram stop forcing your ideas of framing on your users. Additionaly fix the geotaging on your app if I want to put in a general area let me don't force me to use near by businesses it's misleading if they are not pictured! I've edited my review and gave you one less star because you persist in sucking!

Decent app. Nice features but there need to be some sort of system set to alert users when some they follow unfollows them to prevent users from following to get followers and then unfollowing them once they got the followers. Also my app is not allowing me to post my hashtags for my artwork which is making it harder for them to b seen. My last 3 posts all of my descriptions for them were erased. Please help

Current update pretty convenient and solid. The only weird thing, not a complaint, is the camera option in the dm. For whatever reason it zooms in which I'm personally not a fan of. Update, zoom in feature is Ebola. I really love using Instagram as a messenger app. Get this right and it's perfect. In my opinion obv. ❤😊 Update 2.0-so the app may have had a bug and is back to the newer camera with boomerang and what not in the dm. Weird.

I really like using instagram and it's easy to use. My problem with this app now is that when I go to look at my feed I get something from 2 days or 5 days ago. (Come on 5 days!?!?REALLY!!?!) Everything I look at is from SO many days ago. I want to know what is happening now. Not days ago. Now I don't even try to look at my main feed anymore. I just stop trying all together. ***On top of that someone will like my picture and I'll get a notification for that. Great! But then hours later I get another notification from someone who I've already been notified of. This is my favorite app but lately I just don't know anymore.

Videos won't play anymore, through multiple updates it never gets fixed! My internet connection is super fast and everything else loads within a split second but videos just won't! It's getting ridiculous now, I can't get the most out of Instagram until it's fixed so PLEASE fix it!
Horrible. I can't log into my own account or any account on my phone. I simply just get an error message. Uninstalling the app doesn't work. I've read other reviews and noticed that a lot of other people have had the same problem. I can't create a new account either. I can only log in on different devices. Please fix this, you're losing many instagram users!
Instagram is what it is, and I love it. I like that it doesn't really lower your image quality so the photos come out really clear. Could add some new filters, update the windows phone app and allow users to post vertical photos or have an option to add a border... but other that it's perfect. And wish it would bring back the photo map! But I love using this photo sharing platform 💙
The home feed only shows the picture and when it was posted. No captions or number of like and whenever i like it and then refresh, it doesnt say i liked it. It is only happening on my account and i have tested it on other accounts as well. This new update has ruined it all, im sorry
I can't see the insta story in a video also every video in insta.. but i can see it if its only a photo. Its been 24 hours i think. Im typical of a person who likes to see insta story. But why i cant play every video of my friend. Its not the internet connection. I checked it already. Its just because of the application on my phone. Fyi i use samsung note 4. Is it just me or??
I really liked instagram once but now I am getting really upset with. No one is answering in any of my issues and the app is working fine last six months. What gets me upset more then anything is the arrogance of some companies considering the client as a fact but isn't and in the shot long history of Internet we have seen a lot of social media shouting down.
My Instagram stories have never worked, only giving me a dark grey screen if I click on them. I can see them at the top of my screen but they don't appear on people's profiles. I'd really appreciate it a lot if I could be told why this is happening and how to fix it? I've uninstalled a few times and am up to date with updates.
Recently facing issue while tagging peopl in pics. The tag isnt reflected and while mentioning people in story too it doesnt reflect quite many a times and most of the time there is no mention in dm too , that yoh mentioned a person in your story. Please its an humble request to look in to thi🙏
Instagram, I seem to have trouble with the new features in stories. I love all the features, but the new features of slow-mo and Reverse doesn't come in my app, though I updated it and even unistalled and re-installed it. Many of my friends and the people I follow have those features but I don't.. please help me. But I love the current features a lot and it's fun to use Instagram... Great app. Thank you..
It's getting irritating due to repeated notifications it's like they want us to spend more time on their app then necessary... Shareholders are getting onto nerves of developers I think.. why make an app so irritating.. u guys lose your business if keep doing this. Don't f**k with people
I like everything about it except the fact that you need a business facebook account to have a business instagram account. I say this because you have to pay for a face book business account and I am unable to do so. If there were some way to just avoid the Facebook business account part and just have an instagram one that would make it a five star rating and a more enjoyable experience.
What happened Currently I can't upload videos anymore because the progessing takes too long. Then I uninstalled it and installed it again but I've got the older version and it annoys me bc I got used to the white version. Pls fix it asap if you want your 5 stars again. I'm disappointed I already told it in the problem center but nothing happened.
Way too many adds! About 20 or more while I was scrolling back an hour in my feed. Ridiculous! Also I hate having my feed all mixed up. There is no sense to it at all and I don't like it. Please bring back the chronological timeline. I feel like I keep missing people's posts.
I like Instagram and all that but the amount of times I've had to uninstall it and reinstall it cause it keeps logging out my accounts and now I can no longer log back in it keeps saying sorry their was a problem with your request. Why? Just why is it doing that someone tell me?
I can't access my acc on this app. My friend's acc also can't be acces on my phone. When I try to log in, the page always ask a verify code. But when i put the verify code, the page automatically back to the first page. Can you fix my problem asap? Thx.

Can't log in, keeps saying network error or some other random error ever since I updated phone. I can however log in via the net on my laptop so I know the network is on and my password etc. Help section sucks as no advice. Come on guys help here
First, you take away the chronological order of the feed and replace it with some jumbled algorithm that makes sense only to your devs. Now, your saturating the feed with ads every five pictures or so. Great job, Instagram. You've taken a once-great, fun app and turned it into a total dumpster fire.
Business profile gives you the option to promote a post although when you attempt to do it, it doesn't work. Very misleading, on the help centre, it says you can do it via your Facebook page but the option it says to go onto via the help centre doesn't exist on Facebook... No wonder they don't have customer support apart from the forums, who do you even complain to?
This app is every day worse. I receive all notifications with 1 hour delay. It's not clear that there's a limit on number of tags. When I use more than 30 tags, image is published without tags. This is annoying in particular when I share with Facebook, since I need to delete and recreate post also there. Posting time is not visible. Now the app keeps suggesting me to follow profiles with millions of followers that will never follow me back! Which kind of machine learning algorithm is this???
Disappointed with Instagram just copying Snapchat. It shows that they can't make any new original great functions but instead copies a successful concept. They should be ashamed. Also a lot of issues and stupid things like the order of the feed and cropping of DM photos.
Doesn't show feed in order, you don't see pics from people you are following. Recently my PM have been shutting down the app. They closed my other account and want me to verify it by taking a photo holding today's date like it's a hostage situation.
Ah, what happened? I've updated my instagram to the newest version. But, the problem still can't be solved. I can't open my instagram using wifi connection although the wifi has good internet connection. So, I have to open it using my mobile data. What a waste😑
I love the swipe feature but there are few concerns on it. First I would not like my pictures cropped to its form. And secondly I would love the edit feature to allow tagging of the person I'd like to tag. And thirdly I saw the tag to tag a friend but after posting it it didn't show the tagged person. Which is concerning me as a user to update. Another thing is today my Instagram feed shows the number of people who liked a pic it shows zeros even if it was posted Hours ago. Even when I like it it shows that i didn't like the picture. This is really concerning me is it just my account
I don't understand why I can't post any videos and I wasn't blocked by Instagram or anything like that... Please get back to me on this.... Because out needs to be sorted out right away otherwise it's s really good app, the best I should say!
Yeah um, how about letting me upload an album? I dont know if it's too long or too many people are tagged, nobody has me blocked but my wifi is working perfectly and ive tried using my data but it will still not upload. Please fix this.
Instagram, I've updated the app to the last version. But, why I can't use face filters ? Sometimes it works, but sometimes it doesn't. Oh, I also get lag when i watched the explore then the app close immediately. Please help and I will give u 5 stars!
Instagram has logged me out of all of my accounts for some unknown reason, and now trying to log into all of my accounts, my art account has seemed to disappear and my meme account has been deleted. Also, it logs me out of my other two accounts that I am able to log into after about 5 minutes..... ridiculous
This app is the best way for me to waste time! I love it! My only issue is that I have an android phone and it seems that after one of the more recent app updates I've been having a problem viewing the videos (I can, however, view stories and live feeds) even if I'm not in power saving mode.
Edit: It's good now. Just recently, I had a few friends that I sent requests to follow and other that requested me. When I go to follow them back it tells me that it's successful but I go back to see who I'm following and it asks me to send another request. This is a bug that will make me not use this app until it's fixed.
I can't write a post and add pictures later. It is hard to get my own feed. No default values to define, no overview possible of stuff I liked. You cannot add emoticon to what you like.... Needs a lot of work...
I still absolutely hate your stupid home feed algorithm. I am so sick of everyone's algorithms! But, I do like all your picture editing tools so at least you still got that going for you.
Videos not loading, feed not refreshing, comments not showing on my pics, and notificatications comes in late or sometimes not at all. This is terribly frustrating for an app you use daily. Can someone please fix these issues right away. Thanks..
I had to reset my phone so I ended up losing the app. Now I can't log in and I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 5 times and still getting an error message. Even after resetting my password, I still can't get in and I can't even connect it to my FB.
