nowadays my feed is nothing but ads. which i now just report as spam. also, stop refreshing my damn feed. i'm on instagram for 2 hrs a day, sometimes even less. it's hard to see or keep up with older posts when you're constantly auto refreshing for no reason. i press back after clicking on a post, refresh. i press the home button, refresh. i go back to my feed after being on the reels page for 1 second, refresh. i accidentally pull down half a secondtoo long at the top of my feed, refresh. STOP.
