Buggy as hell. Doesn't recognize my email account from the old version of the app, although that email address comes up with an instant pot logo. Won't recognize the password I have stored in my password manager. Won't let me create a new account. Won't let me reset my password. Totally useless. Would give it -1 star if I could. I want my old version back. 4/11/25 Edited to add that the search function doesn't work. Five years on and the app doesn't work.

The app is modern and works great, but one complaint I have is the time selector. It is difficult to precisely select times because the selector does not have a wide enough snapping threshold. Could you please consider adding support for manual number entry for the time selector and haptic feedback when it snaps on a number? Both would go a long way to improving the UX.

It took me multiple tries to be able to connect to the Pot Pro Wifi. Won't work if you have VPN on. It searches the pot using Bluetooth. Why not just use Bluetooth to control the pot? No, they want the pot to be connected to the cloud. Once the pot is connected, I start a "steam" program. It started. But then the app shows "disconnected", after a while, it shows "connected" but the app doesn't know the pot is still cooking any more.
