A forced app that is entirely unnecessary. Terrible choice and expense when your primary audience isn't tech savvy. The instructions and link don't even direct to the app page but tell you to search in the store. Opening your customers to a scam app. Account creation security is weak. The app is mostly a web wrapper. You've hurt customer experience and security to utilize the data gathering of apps for yourselves. I hope it was worth it. Not to mention it is buggy as hell.

Here are bugs to fix: 1. The app does NOT remember one's login for 30 days as promised, so people are logging in endlessly while they are in line. This backs up the lobby. 2. I saved my login password on Google Chrome, so on my android phone, it tries to serve the password to the app for quick login after I enter my user name (since login persistence doesn't work), and though my phone serves the password up correctly, when pine clicks submit, one gets taken to the "request a 1 time code" page.

Poor layout, searches that never load, can't search by artist, concert dates don't load.
