This app is awful. Even the front door ticket scanners didn't know how to find tickets. It signs you out. It looks like a webpage. We arrived early for our show, didn't get seated until after the show started. I spent the next hour trying to calm down so I didn't even enjoy the show. So dumb, do not trust this app, just go to Will Call to begin with.

Useless. Every button wants to open my browser. WHY would you develop an app that does this? Put EVERYTHING inside the app. That's the point of mobile applications, to allow us the same experience without the browser. The Straz company clearly doesn't know this. Fix it by placing ALL web based features IN THE APP!! Also, cannot see the tickets and reservation I just made. I can't edit my account because it "thinks" I'm a Group and has disabled Group editing. Why? What is this? 1 star.

The app rejected my credit card once because I transposed digits in the CVC once, and now the account won't accept any cards at all, and I have to have my boyfriend buy tickets for anything I want to see at the Straz. I was even thinking about signing up as a member before their system decided I'm not good enough. Fine, you don't want my money? I will spend it elsewhere instead.
