This app is the worst. It would be better if it did not exist. We try to use it to get tickets. We are yearly membership holders. The app just redirects us to the website which causes confusion. We have the option to log into the app but it does no good. We have to log into the website (2nd login) after being redirected in order for our membership to be used to get tickets to the venues. What a pain in the neck. All the app does is confuse. Waste of time.

Almost impossible to get your tickets on the app. It switches you back and forth from the website and the app and is way more difficult to manage. It's easier to just show up to the facilities than use the app

I don't want another stupid, meaningless app just to get the tickets issued which I bought. Why does everyone think they need their own special mobile app for everything. Once we use the tickets tonight, un-installed!
