Absolutely sucks!! Took forever just to try and set up a new account. Now, I just keep getting a server error every time I try to log in and connect my new Instant Pot!! Little hope if they can't get a simple app to work that their pressure cooker will be a quality product. But specifically to the app, it just sucks. Paid extra for the connected version. What a waste of money!!!

I used to use this app all the time. I loved getting the notifications on my phone when the cook time was done. However, I just had to reinstall the app and now I can't login because of constant server errors. Even trying to reset my password results in a server error. I can't do anything smart with my Instant Pot now because of constant server errors.

I installed this app so I can receive notifications on my phone via Bluetooth pairing. But before you're allowed to pair, you have to create an account. I created an account, but it failed with "server error". Then tried again and it failed with "account already exists". So I tried to log in... "server error". I tried to reset password... "server error". It's literally impossible to pair the instant pot with this app, because their servers seem to be offline or broken.
