This app need some serious improvements. 1. It doesn't allow to add bank accounts easily -401 errors. 2. They ask for way too many documents and forget and ask again, cycle keeps on repeating with every support rep. 3. They block account without any reasons/warning/explanations. With almost every step in transfer something went wrong can you provide more details? Or at least your support rep can be more helpful? I gave 10+ chances to this app- not worth it. Improve support at least

I've given many chances to instarem due to the high exchange rate although a system issue always comes up. When adding a funding account, a 'something went wrong' error always appeared. I figured to use the payee method to bypass this error which functioned well for the first three transactions although the next two I'm asked to provide a bank statement. I don't mind so much except their website only allows one document at a time when often it is also necessary to submit a screenshot too.

Bad experience with this app/business !! I wanted to transfer money from INR to USD. The first transfer went fine. The second time I get an email after 2 days asking me to provide additional documentation. After providing all the documents- I abruptly get a message saying "Due to internal policies - they cannot do my transfer and that I'll have to wait upto 48/72 business hours for the refund" When pressed further they wouldn't elaborate on the reason why they denied the transfer
