Constant 502 bad gateway error. To go to past shifts you have to go to upcoming shifts, change the date, then hit past shifts. Then when you click an associate, another uh oh something went wrong error stating tech was notified and fixing the error. Yeah, well, tech has been working on it supposedly for the passed 3 weeks, no change still.

I used Instawork to hire a bartender for my Halloween party, not only did one show up but so did a "backup". Both were very professional! Katie the bartender (who even dressed in costume)was amazing and left with a ton of tips from my guests! Will be using them again for all my parties. So easy and convenient to use...highly recommend!

1 star because shifts were filled. 0 stars for all the flaws. The $ amount workers recieve is significantly less because of a 20% fee. You can't set an amount to pay, you have to select a range, and that range fluctuates with "demand", so you end up paying a lot more. Workers exploit schedules by claiming they didn't get a shift sent to them; when you send a new one after the 24 hour window, it drastically increases how much you pay them. The scheduling system needs updating, it's horrific.
