I downloaded canvas for school, and it is the first year my school has been using it. Canvas has all the basics that it needs, but certain things about it make it irritating to use, such as not being able to switch between different classes without backing out of the current one, having no undo button when you mark something as done on the to-do bar, which is easy to accidental do because you swipe to mark as done. Not to even mention the way navigating assignments and modules works, where

The app works fine and has a good UI, except that it messes up something extremely vital: the due dates are wrong. All due dates have one extra day for some god awful reason. I don't know what the issue is, but the time and date are perfectly fine on my phone and I don't change them. The due dates on the online desktop version are correct, the ones in-app are NOT. This caused a lot of my assignments to be late. This is awful for an ADHD student that struggles with deadlines. Don't download.

Good platform for teaching in a academic environment. However it isn't the best as it has problems with certain thing like letting students/users know when they receive a message or assignment, needing much instruction to learn how to use it for people who new to it, and mainly it's not very user friendly as you best have a tab open with it and check it very often. So it's more better to use in real class as to turn in work, than doing online learning.
