This app could be a great asset but it's not. Mine doesn't track any driving & I have had no luck getting it corrected after calling in multiple times & trying everything. My husbands' app tracks, but seems too sensitive. He drives hwy to and from work, and every bump is recorded as a hard stop, and accelerating onto the highway is recorded as hard acceleration. We'll keep it for the discount but will be very upset if we lose it due to inaccurate readings. Other than that, it's easy to use.

Very inaccurate monitoring. Have been in touch with customer service multiple times and even they don't have answers as to why the app keeps saying I was driving when I wasn't. Most frustrating part is app doesn't update new trips unless I uninstall and reinstall it. My driving scores go higher or lower but the trips don't show up in the list. So I'm uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times a week just to make sure all the data is there and that it is accurate.

Inconsistent and inaccurate. Between multiple calls in for assistance from their app team and repeated resets and uninstalling and reinstalling, the trips remain ridiculously inaccurate and the dashboard shows me as being in the bottom few percent of distracted drivers, despite the fact that I have my phone set to silent and don't use it when I'm driving. Aside from this app, my experience with Intact has been fantastic. the app alone makes me want to change carriers for better options
