multiple reasons for 1star. 1- home screen image is not properly scaled and looks like a toddler did the design. 2- they want to you sign up before viewing an account. 3 - the app ask for reference number instead of account number, to some people this might be confusing. 3- after inputting the account number, screen either goes blank or crashes, your experience may vary on the device you use. i'm sure it has more underlying bugs but i won't recommend this app to anyone or at least this version.

This app plus the website is a waste of time,no e-billing, you cannot check your bills which is the more important and actual case you need to use either of them. You need to Register with your Facebook account, why I don't know. When registering your referral number which is the account number it freezes and it never loads again. So please build a better app, there is alot of people who actually knows how to create and maintain an app updated. Thank you.

This app has alot of bugs. This app doesn't have an option to select pictures from the device. You need to be in the app to take out the picture. So if you want to report a leak at the roadside you can't if you don't have internet on the go. When you do get to take out a picture it shows "error uploading image".
