I have been using this app for the last 2 years. In the beginning, the service was excellent, deliveries were timely, and most medicines, including substitutes, were readily available. However, over the last 3–4 months, the service quality has deteriorated significantly. Deliveries are frequently delayed by 1–2 days beyond the promised delivery date. Additionally, at the time of final billing, I often discover that substitute medicines are unavailable, with no prior notification from the app.

It is a nice app. for ordering medicines online. It helps us choose substitute medicines which have the exactly same compositions. It also gives minimum 20% discount and on some medicines it gives more than 20%. I got 50% and more discounts on some medicines. Thanks and 🙏 for the app. management. I wish in future we will get more and more benefits out of this app.

Worst app, it's been more than 5 days since my order estimation date. But I haven't received my order and it's interesting that the service centre says we can't contact the delivery partner or can give you contact details and they said I can cancel my order. After wasting 5 days already I had finally cancelled my order. Also I haven't got any compensation for it.
