Be careful to check the final bill! The company is very cunning that they will display lowest price on google search and within app. Once you made the order, they will increase the item price silently and ask you to pay for the bill. If you don't note the difference you will end up paying more. They give pathetic excuse for not showing right price along with product listing.

The UI is good! The alternative medicine suggestion is good but the suggesting caller should have rights to add the same amount of medicine that was added earlier in cart rather than random qty. They really need to work on delivery service, it takes too much time i.e. nearly taken a week to deliver in distance of 200 km, seriously in 2025!! india post does better than you. The delivery date is always different when you order and order is packed that's the major issue. Needs distribution sorted!

Worst CX. Ordered two items with free delivery, They marked unavailable whereas it was in stock and when had a word with the CS, they are suggesting to reorder and pay for delivery, like seriously? What kind of problem are you solving? This looks like a scam just to earn money from shipping. The sales person was like you can add some more items for free shipping but why would I order unnecessary things, I already ordered the required ones.
