Vugo tech support is virtually non-existent existent. So far as I've gotten is a welcome message and something about "have a nice trip" but nothing further happens. I wish they would be more helpful so we can help them be successful.

Read other reviews and decided to give it a try. As most people have stated it is very unstable. Locks my tablet and i have seen ZERO dollars in ad revenue or tips. Having to enter destination address is a total PITA and should be resolved ASAP to make this a serious app. Riders do not want to wait for an address to be entered by the driver when they have already entered it into the ride-share app they are using. Great concept in theory. The execution leaves much to be desired. This app is NOT quite ready for prime time.
"Can't connect to serve " It works well, but when I try to view "my info" it tells me it's not able to connect to server and to try again later... Also, the new feature that's supposed to allow one to start the trip without a destination only work like 5 percent of the time. I like this app alot, but hope the kinks can get worked out.
