Simply use your email address and password for your online Home Depot Pro Multifamily account to get started. Don't have online access? Visit us at Wilmar.com from a desktop computer to register.

Quickly find and order products you need:
Need to find specific appliances for your renovation project? Or maybe green products or supplies for multifamily housing? Use our convenient bar code scanner or our NEW product number scanner to find products you need from our catalogs, brochures or bin labels. View YOUR price for the product, view product availability, email product information and easily purchase products directly from the app!

Using the scanner is easy:

Step 1: Tap on the bar code icon on the app home page
Step 2: choose between bar code scanning or product number scanning from the top of the screen
Step 3: Place blue line over bar code or catalog product number
Step 4: Tap on the button to scan and add item to your cart!

Can't log in. Search is useless. Can't edit or add to favorites. The list goes on. Doesnt look like any rudimentary testing has been done. They sure don't know what would make it truly useful app to users.

Increasingly terrible app. Functionality has been getting worse for some time, now won't log in at all. App claims no network despite cell and wifi connections. Search function is terrible unless you can guess HDs code name for a product. And why are so many items in search results tagged as Not sold in stores, Not available online? Why do these items even show up if you can't get them from HD?

I have been trying to log in and it says I need a network connection. I have checked my internet connection and also tried using my WiFi still no connection. I called customer service and said it's my phone having a problem, I don't see how that is when I used it the day before 😤😤
