I have a Samsung S10 and the problem with the uninstall and re-install where you don't have the option to enter the new authorization code, seems to be overcome by stopping your automatic backups to google in Setting --> Accounts&Backup -->Backup&Restore --> and switch OFF Back up my data. Then reboot your phone and uninstall the IS Secure Connect app, wait for the new auth code and re-install via Playstore again (not the URL link via the sms you will receive). You should receive the authorisation prompt now. Remember to switch your backups to google ON again.
