I have a Samsung S10 and the problem with the uninstall and re-install where you don't have the option to enter the new authorization code, seems to be overcome by stopping your automatic backups to google in Setting --> Accounts&Backup -->Backup&Restore --> and switch OFF Back up my data. Then reboot your phone and uninstall the IS Secure Connect app, wait for the new auth code and re-install via Playstore again (not the URL link via the sms you will receive). You should receive the authorisation prompt now. Remember to switch your backups to google ON again.

probably the worst app I have ever had the misfortune to use. I have a Samsung S8 and it continuously crashes. Not impressed IS.

After updated Samsung software APP did not want to work. It does not accept the PIN I set on the ISSecure home screen.
