I installed this app and made a Pcard account yesterday, and there was a problem connecting my bank card with the app to pay. It appeared on the screen: a technical issue, please try again. I tried again. The app got blocked for a moment, I could not use the app... After all, I had to pay via the parking meter. Today, my bank showed that I paid twice. Now I have 2 contracts with 2 different access numbers. I don't think that I will use the app.

I installed this app and made a Pcard account today and there was a problem connecting my bank card with the app to pay. It appeared on the screen: a technical issue, please try again. I tried again. And Again. And again. Installing the App is a nightmare, not at all customer friendly. Let us hope I get contacted by the Support team quickly.

Arrived at garage to pick up my car, the app 'forgot' my account and then having entered my login it 'forgot' my pcard+ so no QR code and 2 stupid security guards explaining me I just use the app to enter. *Sigh* Never EVER let your app 'forget' the data that is crucial to do something like enter the building. Note to self: stop trusting this app and take the physical pcard with you.
