There are some big flaws to this app. lets start with the login. it let me enable biometrics login, but that's useless because even after you use you biometric it still makes you enter your password. Next lets talk about submitting a service request. It won't let you type in your truck number, no you have to scroll through 1500 plus pieces of equipment to find yours. Now lets talk about after you have a request submitted. If you want to check the status of your request, GOOD LUCK.

They charge a minimum of two hours for labor, fine. Then after adding on a fuel fee, diagnostic fee (even though the mechanic couldn't make sense of the computer readout), and various other fees - - You're left with no work done, down $600 and half of your day wasted.

I've never had any issues with this app or with the folks at FYX Fleet Network. This App Gets you connected with professional Diesel/Tractor Trailer/Truck mechanics that come to your location and get the job done. People complain about the price but you get what you pay for. If you want to pay to pay cheap then you will get cheap quality so go somewhere else! But if you want high quality and Proffesional that stand behind their services then FYX Fleet Network is your answer!
