The MyMazda App makes your Mazda ownership experience simpler and more convenient than ever. The app allows you to do:

- Register your Mazda vehicles to view maintenance schedule and service history
- Schedule your service appointments
- Locate nearby Mazda dealers for your convenience
- Download owner’s manuals and guides
- Request Mazda Roadside Assistance
- Stay up to date with recalls
- Manage your Mazda profile

In addition, if your vehicle is Mazda Connected Services capable, you can activate it through the MyMazda App, which will take your Mazda experience to the next level. Here are a few things you’ll be able to do with Mazda Connected Services (all available through the complimentary trial period).

Ratings and reviews

This app isn't useful. The remote start capability doesn't work (it's a manual transmission), and other than that feature, there's not much there. I'll probably never use the remote lock and unlock. It informs me that the trunk or a door is open, but that's usually because it's open while I'm unloading the car, and the notification arrives long after I've closed the offending trunk or door. The app is OK, but only OK. It's free for now, but when that's over, I sure won't pay to keep it.

Don't pay $10 a month for an app that rarely works. Of course, after you change your keyfob battery for the 4th time app start looks nice. why do all the links try to install chrome app? Why can't I open with my default browser? status updates can be next to useless. "Today at 10am. Alert! Your driver door is unlocked" status last updated yesterday at 5pm. I checked. Everything is locked. App still thinks it's unlocked. Manual update does absolutely

When it was free, it was perfectly acceptable, but now that it's paid, it leaves things to be desired. App is slow to open and connect, some days taking over minute just to be able to send a command. Also the notifications for doors left open or unlocked come way late, sometimes a half hour after I've already closed or locked it. I've had better experiences with other makes connect features. That said, I'll be keeping this in the winter, it's cheaper than getting a remote start aonther way.
