Mazda Connected Services is an advanced technology ecosystem that allows you to remotely connect to your vehicle using the MyMazda mobile application.

The app offers the following features and services:

• Enroll/Unenroll your compatible Mazda vehicle(s) for Mazda Connected Services
• Remote Engine Start / Stop**
• Remote Door Lock / Unlock**
• Remote Climate control (PHEV vehicles-only)**
• Monitor vehicle health**
• Receive vehicle status alerts & notifications**
• Locate your vehicle's parked location
• Locate nearby Mazda retailers and set your preferred sales & service location
• Review Owners Manuals & Guides
• Call for Roadside Assistance (RSA)
• Receive important recall notifications

Mazda Connected Services is available on compatible vehicles with a complimentary trial period that begins on the vehicle's warranty start date (in-service date). Enrollment is required to use connected services.

Ratings and reviews

Infuriating to pay tens of thousands of dollars for a car with remote lock and remote capabilities and then be expexted to pay a monthly fee to use them. I will probably never buy a Mazda again for this reason. Otherwise, I like the car and the app works fine, but this frustrating money grab is inexcusable. This was not made clear at time of purchase.

Bought the car brand new and downloaded the app with the sales rep. Remote starter worked for 3 days and nothing has worked for over 3 weeks now. I have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled and cleared cache and nothing works. Will be installing an after market remote starter. I cannot rely on an app to remote start when it feels like it, especially in the winter. Very disappointing.

The latest major update is very slow to load. Previous version wasn't fast either, but it's much worse now. The app really needs a widget. Given Mazda's design choice not to include remote start on their keys, the remote start in the app should be as convenient and quick as possible. Additionally the new version asks you often to log in again. So not only slow, but annoying. Better family notification controls are needed. Everyone doesn't need to be told I'm starting the car everywhere I go
