This app is not very useful. With the products and services that I am enrolled in, this app only tells me my score, nothing else. It notifies me other things are available,.but I still have to use my browser for everything.
Can't Log In... FIX IT!!! Haven't been able to access my account through the app for about 6 months. Every time I try I get the same message "We are currently experiencing difficulty connecting to your account. Please try again later"... Well, later has come and gone as it's been over half a year. I have contacted support (if that's what you call it) and they were absolutely no help at all. If it's soon not fixed, I will be canceling my account and joining another credit report service.
Can't login After installing the app I can't login. Tried so many times. Even uninstalled and reinstalled still won't let me login. Got 1 message; your session has expired. I don't understand how without even login once.
Can't login using my Equifax credentials I can login perfect fine on Web but can't in this app. I'll change the rating if my issue gets resolved.
It's been 3 months since I've enrolled in the credit alert program and my credit score hasn't been updated in the app since. This is a very useless app. I guess I'll have to stick to web browser to keep track of my credit report and scores.
Does not show TU credit score App works as designed but it doesn't show my transunion credit score unlike what the screenshots show.
