• Personalize your profile, change your picture as desired with lovely selfies
• Maintain/Manage beneficiaries for Funds Transfer, Bills Payment and Airtime purchases
• Receive In-App messages on new features, quick tips and promotional offers.
• Top up your mobile phone or that of your family, friends and other loved ones
• Pay your bills, such as DSTV, GoTV, PHCN, mobile post-paid bills, SWIFT, Smile and more.

HOW TO USE THE FIDELITY ONLINE BANKING APP

• Install the Fidelity Online Banking app
• Open the App and sign in with existing credentials

NEW? HOW TO REGISTER

If you’re 16 or above and you have your mobile number registered for our SMS alert services as well as any of our Debit Cards, click on “Sign Up Here”, and follow the onscreen instructions. A verification code will be sent to the mobile phone you have registered for your account number with us.

If you’ve got a verification, follow the onscreen steps to register. You will be required to use your Fidelity Debit Card OR visit the nearest Bank branch to activate your Online banking profile. Once done, you can start using your Online Banking account immediately.

To do much more, download the Fidelity Soft Token app on your phone and sign in with your Online banking credentials.

FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

You can only use the app if you’re a sole signatory account holder. You can’t register with your credit cards.

FIDELITY INSTANT BANKING

Fidelity also has an Instant Banking Services (*770#) which you can dial from any mobile phone linked to your account for SMS alert. The service doesn’t require internet connection.

Never had issues using this app but lately I have experienced couple of challenges making transfers. First, they asked me to update the app but when I hit the UPDATE icon, it didn't work. Went to App store and Play store to see if I could update it but there was no option for that. Deleted it and re-downloaded it back but same challenges kept occuring. It takes like forever to process my transactions and get timed out in the end. Please help fix this bug !

I'm giving it one star because, after I finished downloading the mobile app and I was trying to sign in but it was not working because your system kept repeating that the username I was trying to put was not available, but in your instructions you stated that I can put any username of my choice so why is it hard for me to put my own name and password without the system repeating the same annoying message that "this name is not available" please check it out because it's really frustrating.

As a newcomer, I had a bad experience with this app. I opened a new acount and funded it. All verifications were carried out and I was elevated to Tier 1. The following day, I tried signing in to the app and wasn't getting OTP and yes my number is active. The in-app chat was unhelpful because no one responded to my question even on IG, email, and on call also.
