It does what I need it to. I can make several routine intervals and edit them with the sound I want. I can also switch whether to start the routine with a high or low interval. The ads suck, but once you get your routines saved in, you're good. I haven't experienced being attacked with ads during a run or study. That would make for an absolute trash interval app.

Installed and quickly created a workout. It was easy and intuitive to build. Creating a playlist was a bit tedious, but worked fine. I do like that I can create multiple playlists. I am specifically looking for an app that does two things: 1) say the exercise so I don't have to look at or touch my phone and 2) uses a metronome or counter in addition to the time internals. It looks like this app doesn't have those, so I won't be using it, but it is easy to us and nice to look at!

I feel the idea is good, I'm having some issues. I like that I can customize my workout. The app has screwed me a couple of times now. I have a simple workout. 2 min warm up, (1 min jog, 2 min fast paced walk) repeat a couple times then a 2 min cool down. There has been multiple times now where the timer will pause or the sound/vibration wont go off and I'm left having to hold my phone in my hand and look at it every 10 seconds instead of focusing on my workout. App is going.
