Downgraded now to one star due to lack of evidence anyone from intensis even cares about these reviews anymore. Doesn't always work . Also scenes on App are a big disappointment. UI not intuitive - certainly doesn't live up to claim on website - I quote "And all you can imagine". Would like to simply be able to turn on device when certain ambient temperature occurs - something you'd expect users to want to be able do, and should be possible since the device has that data.

This unit and app is a massive downgrade from just using an Ecobee thermostat. I can't even tell you for sure what it does. Scenes don't work. Manual temp changes work maybe 30% of the time. And it kicks on the unit when a temp threshold is met maybe 50% of the time. This seems like an absolute grift of the HVAC industry. I paid $465 to have this added to a new heat pump, and it is utterly worthless.

Instructions woeful, features lacking, initial connection to wifi a nightmare. Functions for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries split system include on-off, heat-cool-auto, temp Timers are basic but no master pause for holidays etc. Scenes are useless from what I can understand reading the poor documentation. Alexa control is to turn on and change temp. How the hell do you turn off via Alexa? Morning on/off program works fine but added a calendar to turn off at 10pm but it does nothing. RUBBISH
