This app has so many useful features, definately worth the 💲. I am really enjoying being able to document my different parts and journey with IFS and have it with me on the go. I like the visual option of seeing all my parts, creating clusters and which ones are linked together. The prompts help me know know what to do next and the journal is great too.

Incredibly comprehensive app with lots of features and great tutorial videos explaining how to use those features. My favorite feature is the parts map. Good user experience and the app has a clean, modern feel.

I used this app when it was first launched. I have been doing IFS for 3 years so it was naturally curious about it. I found some of the features to be neat. Like visualizing your various parts, and thenreminders. I was hesitant to put any real deep information that would make the app more helpful because the lack of clarity in the security and data protection policies. I hope the creators can provide better transparency on how exactly they protect your information and who has access to it.
