Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT use Intoxalock. Numerous hidden fees that you get hit with after it is installed. They are addressed in the lease, that you receive AFTER it is installed, so you don't read it before. Recalibration service every two months and can't be completed without signed lease. Can sign lease in app, but app is ****. Customer service based in Asia, somewhere. Requires retest every 6-8 minutes, not sure if that is par for such devices. Device works, only upside.

This app does not work well. I signed 4 leases, and it just keeps popping up a day after it's signed and says it hasn't been. The only use I get out of it is a reminder for calibration. Plus, if this confounded device is installed on your vehicle, you need to know that it has a constant draw on your battery. It ruined one of mine, and I had to keep a battery maintainer on it.

I have 5 notifications on the badge, but can't view any of them. Cannot download user guide. Completely useless app. Given that this is a State requirement...DO BETTER! I may change to another device simply because of your bargain basement support, service and resources. Amending my review. The customer service of Intoxalock has been very responsive and helpful. While I have had issues, they do the best they can to fix these problems. However, the app needs A LOT of work, which I have shared.
