Ridiculous security. Now it will connect to the Internet. But only after sending me a verification code to the email account that's on this phone! ?! Way to foil the bad guy's evil plot. It still boils down to whether or not I have the correct password, now doesn't it? Why the extra hoops? Customer service asked me to contact them for an earlier complaint... they left me hanging... It's been weeks. It's sad that you have to leave a negative review to get any attention then ignored.
Unable to use. It would be amazing, I'm sure, if it allowed kw to log in. I even changed my password to make sure it wasn't my own fault. Still refuses to allow kw to log in. Sometimes, it starts to and then says I don't exist. 1 star until I can use the app.
I attempt to review my check stub and earnings I put my password in but then they require more after that want to make sure it's me I do not have access two more internet features other than what's on my phone so I cannot look at my check

Signing in issue. Can't login just like everyone else. Waste of data to download! Update. I have emailed you 5 times got 1 response. Support on the app is just as bad as the app. Been waiting on the response from the email I emailed back for at least 2 weeks.
