Easy to use - i Forgets Password Very easy to recover account information if you forget your password goes straight to your phone I'm able to get transaction is complete in a timely fashion as long as my internet connection is good. no complaints.
Beware....... I signed up with the free version last summer where they charge a percentage every time a card is swiped on your phone. All of a sudden I notice a $19.95 charge from them taken out of my bank account without my knowing. Somehow they switched my free account to $19.95 monthly. Since I cannot delete my bank account on their website and they claim they can't, my only option is to close the account because I do not want these fraudulent charges to appear again. Had this not happened, I would have given 5 stars!
WON'T WORK WITH SAMSUNG S6 EDGE PLUS! These card readers will no longer work with my Samsung s6 edge plus UPDATE***3/23/16 I have the latest card reader and have uninstalled and re installed the latest version of the app. STILL NOT WORKING. UPDATE***3/31/16 Spoke to another tech support person and she said it is NOT COMPATIBLE with my phone Samsung Galaxy S 6 edge plus@
I have a Samsung S6 Edge. And this app works just fine on my phone Funds transfer within 2 days. I'm very happy with the service.
Card reader doesn't work! I use the Nexus 6P. Our company uses the card reader and this app for invoicing, and i am infuriated that the card reader does not work for my brand new 64 GB version of the Nexus 6P! I called the QBO service center was transfered 5 different times, no one knew what I was talking about and finally the last person just said the device isn't supported!!! So your telling me you have support for Android M (Marshmallow) but you don't have support for the main device that runs using it??? Talk about frustrating!!
