This app isn't very good. Lousy features and not very adjustable. If you put anything in the notes area you can't even see it after the transaction is complete. Lol! How stupid. Whats the point. Guess thats par for intuit anyway. I'm using payment. NO monthly fee either over $950. A month!!!! Just better plans to choose from. But not as user friendly. Still better than this one.
I installed this app today. I logged in using my Quickbooks Id but the app doesn't progress further than a spinning "Authorizing" screen. Then it times out and tells me to try again later. I've tried to find a fix but have been unable. I've uninstalled and re-installed. I've restarted my phone. My boss uses this app and loves it. Plus it saves the company on CC fees. I'd really like to get up and running. Until then, one star it is.
The app works well and takes payments fine. The fees are near the competition. It would get 5 stars from me if my transactions in the payment app would link to my QBO. I have to manually enter those transactions into QBO. Very annoying.
I had square nothing but trouble no contact number, if u have a despute and you win it, square keeps your money about a year..intuit has a 800 number to talk to you personaly if you win a dispute in several days your money is back..i recommend intuit to any business small or big..
Been using it for years, works great until we got the new credit card reader, it won't work with Samsung S8, or Note 5, everything has to be keyed in at a higher cost.
I've tried 3 other payment systems in the last 17 years and Intuit Go Payment has consistently been the most reliable and easy to use.
