Ratings and reviews

I find it very difficult to add transactions and attach documents to said transactions. Example: I issued a reimbursement check to a member. I knew she was in our list of vendors because multiple events for us each year so I often am giving her reimbursements. Her name did not pull up on the list of vendors in the app but when I tried to add her name I got an error because she was already a vendor. It's difficult to search for transactions that have been entered from the web-based version

The Payees are not synced from the app vs the website. It's showing a small fraction (even when searching) versus all of the Payees on the website version. Not sure when this was broken as it used to function properly. Need to be able to sort transactions by date ascending or descending. Matching transactions isn't working properly in the app anymore either, dunno when that was broken either. Overall the app has gotten worse, and less functional/useful.

Without a doubt the absolute worst. There was a time where QuickBooks was the best! Now, for whatever reason they just keep changing things. And it's not like things we are asking them to do. They'll get rid of reports, change the UI, add a feature by taking away 2 others. None of it has made logical sense and if it weren't for the huge undertaking of switching software for our 500+ accounts, our comoany would have switched a long time ago
