Edited Review from 1 Star back to 5. Quickbooks listened to their user base and they went back to the way it was before the last major, but very frustrating update. Both the app and the desktop verison is back! The user interface and usability is completely fine the way it is now. Thank you for listening to us Quickbooks, I will continue to use the product. I couldn't believe how complicated it was just to add a line item or blank line in that last update. All is good!

been with quickbooks for around 9 months. It doesn't integrate with gocardless as they promised. the customer service has been pretty poor. Also the bank feed continually misses transactions which means I need to go through every transaction to find the missing imports. it would be easier to just use a spreadsheet. Don't waste your time and money using this company. Also the app doesnt work!

Quickbooks worked for a few years but now with the new updated version the app stopped workibg on my phone, tablet and cromebook. It makes it very inconvenient. We tried calling to get the problem fixed but all they say is that it is just an update but that is not the case. This is so frustrating super expensive for it not yo work is not work. Don't used this app if you need it to be on the move, now we need to figure out what other apps are out there that we can move to.
