Every so often I redownload this app to see if it has improved. It has gotten slightly better, but it's still frustrating to use. I can't view my bank transactions without linking my accounts. I don't want to link my accounts! I enter everything manually. I don't understand why QB won't let you bypass this option? Frustrating. At least I can see my expenses. That's something. So far I'm only keeping it to be able to access expense information on the go. Otherwise, I don't find it helpful yet.

Absolutely awful!! Quickbooks Self Employed worked well, but this Sole Trader Plus is terrible. Every invoice is now the same invoice number instead of following on from the last invoice. The mileage tracker keeps disappearing and to mark an invoice as "paid" manually is convoluted. Bank accounts aren't uploading with new transactions, even when being reconfirmed. It's a step backwards! What are you playing at Quickbooks? Time to move to a better accounting app.

QBO started off pretty great. Was very user friendly. Being able to run a P&L by tags is very helpful for trying to track multiple projects. But the amount of ads that pop up when you are trying to work has made it almost impossible to work. Anytime I go to press something, an ad gets in the way. I would't mind if it just popped up every once in a while, but every time I go to log in, plus the banners at the top and at the center of the screen, is obsurd.
