Ratings and reviews

Hides how to use the Free Edition (no Free button like for every other Paid option ...is it even on this app?). Keeps forcing you to go thru the State tax questions if you try to edit anything from the beginning "Home" menu (even tho you all ready checked to delete State taxes), so you'll forget that you didn't want it. And when it comes to "reviewing" your entries... forget about that! There is no itemized summary sheet showing each of your answers side-by-side to each question.

Had to file an extension. Went to submit it, and it told me what I owed, so i submitted. But it wouldn't let me e-file, and still charges me $70. Called customer service to see what I can do to e-file, and he was no help. Checked the app again, and it had deleted all of the information I had previously entered. WILL NOT let me view my SCANNED w2's to re update, and amend, and now I am stuck with it's fee's! this is absolutely ludicrous! noone in customer service can seem to access my w2's either

I need to log in so I can access my tax info for last year. The app forced me to update to sign in, but after the update, it won't load. It just gives me an error message and kicks me out. I have closed the app and relaunched it, updated my password, restarted my phone, and uninstalled then reinstalled the app. I still can not get past the loading screen with out an error.
