Ratings and reviews

fees are just too much, even when your order is not successful. they still charge for everything, higher rate for deposit and lower rate for withdrawal, even when moving money within the app, they are ripping people off their hard earned money. so sad, I really need someone to talk to, I tried the number on the app, and it is not connecting

So if you guys cannot verify something as simple as my email address, how can I trust you with my money? I have received the verification email multiple times and anytime I click on verify email in my inbox, I get a message that verification was unsuccessful!!! I had to do it multiple times before it was successful...definitely not a good start!! I noticed someone already gave similar feedback in the past but it seems the issue still persists.

Until recently, using this app had been seamless, but for the past week I've repeatedly tried to sell stocks in my portfolio without success. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. An investment should be accessible when it's needed most, not locked away because of system failures. Please address this issue urgently before it damages users' trust and your reputation.
