KYC verification has unusually taken a very long time. The app shows my KYC verification is 100% complete but I am still not able to do anything on the app after over a month of installation. The help center doesn't work, messages hardly go through, and even when they go through, there is never a response.

It is a difficult app to use. 1 issue after the other. recently I can't even log in. it tells me I need an OTP to login after my password and there is no OTP. Also the consistent freeze Just really tiring. and for an app that should hold my investment? too bad

1) Nice user interface. 2) Series of session timeout even while still in the app. This needs to be fixed. 3) The stock price history is just a broad overview. Needs to be more detailed for better analysis. The necessary tools and features should be integrated. 4) A dark mode feature will do good. I'll update as I continue to use.
