The good thing about GTB and Investment One, is that they always think ahead and have alternative apps incase one does not work well on your device you can always give the alternative a try and mostly there is always a possibility of one working well. I thank them for making these alternatives. It has made life easier and enjoyable .

The problem with this app is that one cannot transfer funds to a bank account of another person who is not on Ziing. Review The updated version of the app showed improvements as one can fund his mutual funds directly from his z save and the funds are immediately reflected in his portfolio.. The app is also user friendly. The problem I have with the app now is its inability to show time of transaction whenever one occurs. Take a 3 star for the improvement.

I have been trying to withdraw my savings but I have been unable to do this, I even wrote an email yet no response. All the app keep saying was that my BVN date of birth is different and the app wouldn't let me know what to do next. This is the worst experience any customer could have. And it was because Ogbeni Dipo advised us on top 5 saving platform. But this platform customer service is less than zero. My funds are still stuck and I dont know what to do next. I need help to withdraw my money

You can now create a new transaction PIN if you forget your old one. Just log in and select PIN Reset under Password & Security in Profile.

We also made major improvements to automatic payments in Savings and other bug fixes.
