I have been trying to withdraw my savings but I have been unable to do this, I even wrote an email yet no response. All the app keep saying was that my BVN date of birth is different and the app wouldn't let me know what to do next. This is the worst experience any customer could have. And it was because Ogbeni Dipo advised us on top 5 saving platform. But this platform customer service is less than zero. My funds are still stuck and I dont know what to do next. I need help to withdraw my money

The good thing about GTB and Investment One, is that they always think ahead and have alternative apps incase one does not work well on your device you can always give the alternative a try and mostly there is always a possibility of one working well. I thank them for making these alternatives. It has made life easier and enjoyable .

I gave this app one star because, I tried adding my bank details to it but I cant, whenever I, click on the button to select my bank, it give's me a response, ''saying no data available". I also tried editing my profile, but I still couldn't do it... I also got a response saying "Update Status" after filling the form... But it still wasn't updated..
