Ratings and reviews

The app won't let me upload pictures. It keeps telling me I have to give the app access to my photos. This page "says" one of the requested permissions is storage, but it isn't. I can't give it permission to my storage if it doesn't ask. I also tried to send an email to the developer but my email was rejected as spam. It also won't let me schedule a separate appointment when I already have one scheduled. I can't wait a month, but my 45 day walk-through can't be rescheduled. What do I do??

App would be great if the 360 tours worked. They all showed an error. Same issue on the website too.

We went to view a property two other potential tenants showed up. We were all speaking with different agents who were quoting different prices. Agents need to definitely let potential customers know they need to download the app and have that information all put together before showing up to view the property. It became so frustrating that we just hung up and left because it was so unorganized that we thought it was probably a scam!
