New notification is a pain. Since the rebranding the notification within the notification bar has shrunk in size and is temperamental about being clicked on. Sometimes it'll take you to the app, other times it just ignored the user and you have to load the app directly. This doesn't happen with any other app in the notification bar.

Original Review Feb 2023. Works (for the most part) The app was able to install on both my devices, and authenticated well. However, I am only able to activate the fingerprint function on my Xiaomi 12T Pro, but not on my S20 Ultra. Update: 11 months after my review, I finally receive developer feedback, but the instructions do not help. In fact, all other apps I frequently use are able to link to my biometric on my S23 Ultra, 12T Pro and S20 Ultra. Not reassuring

Hello, we are sorry to hear you are having trouble with biokey registration. Please make sure that your fingerprint is already registered on your device outside TrustBuilder Authenticator application. If the problem persists, we invite you to get in touch with your organization’s IT department.

Often the app says no network access while authentication, when everything's fine. Then you have to uninstall, install the app on some other phone, log in, delete app from that phone, reinstall in original phone and hope it works. It's a nightmare.
