Moin Moin! With our on-demand shuttle service, mobility has become even smarter: You can book your journey conveniently and individually via an app, without a timetable - create your individual travel chain with hvv hop and reach your destination comfortably, quickly and safely.

The hvv hop shuttles are operating in four service areas:

- Harburg
- Henstedt-Ulzburg in the district of Segeberg
- Brunsbek/Trittau in the Stormarn district
- Ahrensburg in the Stormarn district

The on-demand transport service hvv hop is integrated into the hvv fare system. Daily, weekly, monthly and other valid tickets are recognised by showing them to the driver and must be supplemented per journey with the additional surcharge for the hvv hop service.

For journeys with hvv hop within the various service areas, you can conveniently buy a ticket via the hvv hop app, which also entitles you to use the bus and train.

Ratings and reviews

It has the same concept as Über, but doesn't work so well as Über. Among the flaws i cite: - you can't see which cars are around you (which you can in Über); - most of the times you try to book a ride it says "no vehicle found" and then you see two, three vehicles passing by you...mostly empty! - drivers seems to have no power to choose which rides they take. Once i met one stopped right close to where i chose as 'pickup' point. He could've drove me and had empty seats, but when i tried to book a ride right in front of him it didn't showed to him! And for me the message "no vehicle found". Like, really?? - they change the address you booked the ride. Sometimes is on the other side of some avenue and you can't cross unless you walk several meters. While for the driver is usually an easy cross. - sometimes they change the pickup address to bus stops or the drivers stops at a bus stop (although this was not the pickup point!): if i could walk to the bus stop, i would just as well take a bus. I am disabled, so there is a reason why i am booking from other points. - sometimes you try to book a ride and they show you some option like 40min later?! And then if i try to schedule a ride for 40min later, i can never find a driver. What is the point? Something is deeply wrong here. I have tried Über in 5 different countries and i have to say you definetely need to improve your service and the app drive search algorithm if you want to get close to Über quality. It is sad because it is a good initiative, but if things don't work well, it will get descredit and bad evaluated. I really hope you improve it!

Payment provider does not work. I can't enter my billing address or submit a payment method. Plus they don't allow foreign payment methods it seems

When I drop the pin on the map, the app crashes my phone. The whole phone is not responsive and reboots itself after a few seconds. Galaxy S10 / android 11
