Pity the new app not compatible with my phone so it says when I try to download. Not going to buy a new phone just to upgrade a pity really. Now how will I check the buses etc when the old app goes.
Best piece of software ever released by AT. Very disappointed to see it is being decomissioned later this year- I know many people who rely on this app to make using public transit relatively easy and stress free, and I can't see the new app helping them in the same way. Why change something that works perfectly well?
This app works well on familiar journeys and unfamiliar. If I'm on an unfamiliar route I can track where the bus is going while I'm on it. I can rhen easily plan where I need to get off. It's a very user friendly app and just as I've finally entered all my necessary bus stop information over time, i hear the app is being killed off! I jave just downloaded its replacement and it's hopeless. AT have had 3 apps in less than 3 years. Updating an already well working one would have been better instead of yet another new one requiring re-creation of all the personal data.
Superb app that doesn't look like will be around much longer. Hopefully AT recreates this functionality in their core AT app.
Update wipes user data All updates wipe the users saved stops. Pretty useless and I now have turned off all updates for this app. personally having to re load 20 stops due to updates which seem to give no better user experience is not a good use of my time and is frustrating.
