Great service hassle free. If you are a visitor to the UAE it's super easy to rent a car using this app. You just upload your documents, choose your car and they deliver it at your doorstep (extra charges involved). I always book a car for delivery and pickup and it's super convenient. Their customer service is also super responsive. Great job Ezhire team.

Worst renting car experience ever 1) first they said no deposit under any conditions then they wanted to charge me a deposit once I rented the car online. 2) later on they make you sign a different contract conditions from the one they send on email with different prices and mileage allowance, 3)they charge extra fees on driving penalties,even though more than the fees listed in their emailed conditions,they never return back the extra charged money even they admitted it throw the call center.

Be ready for extra charges after 2 months of renting a car from this app. It's easy for them to charge you automatically since card details were not deleted on their system even you deleted on your app. Even you booked your preferred car, same day (last minute of your booking time) when you need it they will change it with no option to decline since they already charged your account and no time to find a new one. Be careful with this app.
