- Transfer fund to IBBL accounts. – Send fund to any IBBL account.

iTransfer(Other Bank)

– Send fund to any other bank's account or card using EFT/NPSB channel.

Issue Cheque Book Requisition

– Issue a new cheque book to be printed for you.

Utility Bill Payment

– Pay bills of your utility services like electricity, gas, water.

iCashRemit

- You can withdraw cash from ATM, or you can send money to any person in Bangladesh who has a mobile number.

Wimax Recharge

- Refill WiMAX service accounts of Banglalion and Qubee.

Account Information

- Account detail of a particular account in iBanking Profile

Account Statement

- Statement of a particular account. You can download the statement in PDF

The thing is user interface is not properly instructed. It's way too cluttered with unnecessary transitions and options. All in all it could have been better. UI is like 2 out of 10. It has nothing to do with banking experience tho. But it's more about the developers. It was up to them and they messed it up. Also it could have been better if added the below features: 1. 2 factor authorization (Google authenticator, microsoft authenticator etc) 2. NFC transactions

This app has a lot of problem. Every time i try to sing up by email. On the last stage when i fill the verification code and submit then it show some problem like new account doesn't have any profile and something like that. Then if i tap to resend verification code it shows registration successful. But after that if i go to the app and try to sing in it shows invalid user id or password. What the hell!!

The condition of this app is very bad..The user interface is very simple.. Which is not good nowadays..The bigger problem is that if you want to do any transaction through this app, you can't do it anymore..You can see that the OTP doesn't come..This is what happens at the maximum time.. As a result, I have to leave the app and work with the browser. Even in 2023, even if the bank has an app, if I have to work with the browser, then it is very disappointing...
