Actual bus tracker doesn't work. Because of this, you get zero warning if the bus you need to take is 20 minutes early or 10 late, so you always have to stand on the side of the road for far to long, regardless of temp or weather conditions. All busses have monitors inside that accurately show where the bus is in real time. There's no reason tracking via app isn't there, other than KRT not wanting people to see how bad the service is. Pure boondoggle. Cut funding. Can't depend on transit anyway.

I used to love this app until it stopped letting me scroll right on the real time routes, to see the scheduled inbound and outbound of a specific stop. I hate having to switch between parts of the app to figure it out. please fix, it has been this way for a while now.

The route #18 ( Montrose Drive/ Fort Hill) is the one that I use on a regular basis. I am a disabled senior citizen, and this route is very convenient for me. The drivers are all very polite and professional and the rates are very reasonable. I recommend KRT as an alternative way of transportation.
