App was a dream. it worked perfectly, no hassle. with the latest update, I can no longer access my account. something about biometrics. when I reached out to customer support, they said to delete the app and start over. but I'd done that 3 times already. they then said I could use their Whatsapp option but even that doesn't work after you put the recipients cell number. I was forced to register with another app. at least with that one, there's a web browser option. frustrating experience

If Mama money was a person, I would have asked them: "Where have you been, all these years when we were being mis-serviced??? Thank you Mama money.

Great app. I'm able to send money home and they receive it within minutes. convenient deposit and pickup points. Nice to see we can now send to SA bank accounts and receive immediately from all banks in SA. please show dstv balance one has to pay before paying. Also work on receiving from other countries. would be nice to also be able to receive paypal from app. Great and convenient experience so far.
